Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 50 g panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Gently flatten the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
- Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, coating fully.
- Immerse in the beaten eggs for a moist coating.
- Roll each breast in panko breadcrumbs for a crunch.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat and fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
