Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Gently flatten the chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, coating fully.
  6. Immerse in the beaten eggs for a moist coating.
  7. Roll each breast in panko breadcrumbs for a crunch.
  8. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat and fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  9. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
