Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Optional: Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and stir, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pan.
