Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add dried basil. Stir to combine and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve.
