Description

A rich and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts in a creamy sauce, infused with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Add the heavy cream and spinach, stirring until the spinach wilts and the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it generously with the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
