Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts (approximately 1 pound total)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips for even cooking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken strips and toss until well coated with the seasoning.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the seasoned chicken strips in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flipping the chicken strips halfway through.
- Carefully remove the chicken from the air fryer. On each tortilla, layer fresh spinach, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, then add the cooked chicken strips.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil spray.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket seam-side down.
- Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Cool slightly and slice each wrap in half. Serve with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
These wraps can be customized with different vegetables or sauces. They also reheat well in an air fryer.
