Description

Delicious and healthy chicken nuggets baked to crispy perfection, great for snacks or meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for baking


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spray with cooking spray or lightly drizzle with oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with honey mustard, ketchup, or BBQ sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil the nuggets for the last minute of cooking. Pair with fresh salads or veggie sticks for a complete meal.
