Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken piece in the breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray with cooking spray or lightly drizzle with oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with honey mustard, ketchup, or BBQ sauce.
