Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a slipmat or aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Dab the chicken wings dry using a paper towel.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- Lay the wings on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t touch.
- Bake for 45 minutes, flipping the wings every 20 minutes for even crispiness.
