Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a slipmat or aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Dab the chicken wings dry using a paper towel.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Lay the wings on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t touch.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, flipping the wings every 20 minutes for even crispiness.
