- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 medium fresh lemon (for wedges)
- 0 ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss the dry mixture with the chicken wings until they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a wire rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- Once golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the wings for a couple of minutes at the end, but watch closely to prevent burning.
