Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chicken wings and olive oil. Toss to coat.
  4. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the coated wings and toss to combine.
  6. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
