Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create bang bang sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, toss it in the bang bang sauce.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
