Description

Delicious crispy chicken burgers made with ground chicken and coated in panko breadcrumbs for a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato
  • Any desired toppings


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into even-sized patties.
  4. Coat each patty in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
  7. Serve on burger buns with lettuce, tomato, and your choice of toppings.

Notes

For extra crunch, freeze the patties for 15-20 minutes before baking. Ensure not to overcrowd the baking sheet.
