Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 400°F).
- Toss chicken wings with olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine all spices in a small bowl and sprinkle over the wings, mixing until well-coated.
- For oven baking: Arrange wings on a tray in a single layer, skin side up, and bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For air frying: Place wings in a single layer in the basket and cook for 25-30 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Once golden and crispy, remove wings from heat and enjoy hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, consider broiling the wings for the last 2-3 minutes when baking.
