Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Mayonnaise or your choice of sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, soak chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, coat in the flour mixture, and shake off excess.
