Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise or your choice of sauce


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, soak chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
