  • 1 lb boneless chicken cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Lime (optional)
  • Cooked rice (for serving)
  • Fresh vegetables (for serving)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to make the sauce.
  2. Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch until fully coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
