Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Lime (optional)
- Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to make the sauce.
- Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch until fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chicken is coated and the sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice with your favorite vegetables, and garnish with sesame seeds and lime if desired.
Notes
