Delightful crispy chicken burgers drizzled with a hot honey glaze, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 fresh, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg (for binding)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot honey sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika or garlic powder (optional)
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Preferred toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat; fry each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer fried chicken to a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing chicken on buns and drizzling with hot honey; add desired toppings.

Notes
