Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
