Description

Discover the secret to making irresistible Crispy Ranch Parmesan Chicken Tenders! Learn step-by-step how to achieve perfect crunch and flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0 ounce (28 g) packet Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
  • 2 pounds (907 g) chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s dried parsley leaves divided

Instructions

  1. Warm up your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and cover a big baking tray with aluminum foil.
  2. On a large plate or in a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix, and 1 tablespoon of dried parsley leaves. Stir these together with a fork until well blended.
  3. Take a separate fork to dip each chicken tender into the melted butter, ensuring both sides are well coated. Then, press each buttered chicken piece into the Parmesan mixture, covering all sides thoroughly.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about half an inch apart.
  5. After coating and arranging all the chicken, place the tray in the oven and bake for 23 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Switch on the oven’s broiler and closely monitor the chicken until the tops turn golden brown. This took me roughly 3 minutes, but oven times may vary. Make sure to keep an eye through the oven window as it can brown quickly once it starts.
  7. Take the chicken tenders out of the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve them warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
