Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 block (8 oz) of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 8 oz of angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the mixture and stir to coat.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Once the chicken is done, shred it in the slow cooker and mix everything together.
  6. Serve the creamy chicken mixture over a bed of cooked angel hair pasta.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh chicken breasts and adjust seasoning to taste. Leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
