Ingredients

  • – 3 boneless chicken breasts (680 g)
  • – 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (replace with Cream of Mushroom Soup) (298 ml)
  • – 1 cup Milk (replace with Coconut Milk) (240 ml)
  • – 1/2 onion chopped
  • – 4 potatoes (peeled and diced) (about 600 g)
  • – 16 oz bag of Frozen mixed vegetables (454 g)
  • – ½ cup chopped celery (replace with chopped carrots) (120 g)
  • – 1 tsp Garlic powder (5 g)
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Poultry Seasoning
  • – 1 tsp Salt (5 g)
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Pepper
  • – 16 oz Grands Biscuits (8 count) (454 g)


Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients except for the biscuits into the slow cooker.
  2. Set the cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours or choose high for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Take out the chicken breasts and pull them apart using forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and mix well.
  4. Prepare the biscuits by following the instructions on their package.
  5. Serve hot with a biscuit placed on top of each serving. Enjoy your meal!

  • For a creamier texture, swap Cream of Chicken Soup with Cream of Mushroom Soup and Milk with Coconut Milk.
