Ingredients
- – 3 boneless chicken breasts (680 g)
- – 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (replace with Cream of Mushroom Soup) (298 ml)
- – 1 cup Milk (replace with Coconut Milk) (240 ml)
- – 1/2 onion chopped
- – 4 potatoes (peeled and diced) (about 600 g)
- – 16 oz bag of Frozen mixed vegetables (454 g)
- – ½ cup chopped celery (replace with chopped carrots) (120 g)
- – 1 tsp Garlic powder (5 g)
- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Poultry Seasoning
- – 1 tsp Salt (5 g)
- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Pepper
- – 16 oz Grands Biscuits (8 count) (454 g)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients except for the biscuits into the slow cooker.
- Set the cooker to low for 6 to 8 hours or choose high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Take out the chicken breasts and pull them apart using forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and mix well.
- Prepare the biscuits by following the instructions on their package.
- Serve hot with a biscuit placed on top of each serving. Enjoy your meal!
Notes
- For a creamier texture, swap Cream of Chicken Soup with Cream of Mushroom Soup and Milk with Coconut Milk.
- Add extra flavor by subbing celery with chopped carrots for a slightly sweeter taste.
