Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Add cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and bacon bits on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the other ingredients.
- Serve topped with cheddar cheese and green onions.
Notes
For extra creaminess, consider adding more cream cheese or a splash of chicken broth during cooking. Customize by adding diced vegetables or using leftover chicken.
