Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place four chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix ranch seasoning and chicken broth. Stir well and pour over the chicken.
- Top the chicken with cream cheese and add mushrooms if desired.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the pot with two forks when it’s done.
- Mix everything together and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
Notes
Allow cream cheese to soften before cooking for easy blending. Adjust seasoning to personal taste.
