Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 bottle zesty Italian dressing
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup water or chicken broth
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Put on the lid to seal in the flavors.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes, or until the chicken shreds easily.
- Once done, shred the chicken using two forks or meat shredders.
- Switch the slow cooker to keep warm.
- Let the chicken soak in the juices for 60 minutes before serving.
