Description
A warm and hearty one-pot meal combining chicken, broccoli, and cheese cooked effortlessly in a crockpot.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add rice, chicken broth, heavy cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 240-300 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the crockpot.
- Stir in broccoli and shredded cheese, then cover and cook for another 30 minutes until broccoli is tender and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or bell peppers for extra nutrients.
