Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb (680 g) chicken breasts
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) each of salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme
- 1 tsp (5 ml) each of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) minced garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 12 oz (340 g) bag of frozen mixed veggies
- 2 (10 oz (283 g)) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk

Instructions
- Place 1 1/2 lbs of chicken breasts into a slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Incorporate 1 tbsp of minced garlic, the diced onion, the frozen mixed vegetables, and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Allow to cook on low heat for approximately 6 hours. Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, shred it or cut it into small pieces. If you like, add a bit of milk and mix thoroughly.
- Prepare the biscuits as per the instructions on their packaging. Serve the chicken and vegetable mixture over the biscuits and savor your meal!
