Ingredients
- – 3 boneless chicken breasts (680g)
- – 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (298 ml)
- – 1 cup Milk (240 ml)
- – 1/2 onion, chopped
- – 4 potatoes, peeled and diced (about 600g)
- – 16 oz bag of Frozen mixed vegetables (454g)
- – ½ cup chopped celery (120 ml)
- – 1 tsp (5 ml) Garlic powder
- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Poultry Seasoning
- – 1 tsp (5 ml) Salt
- – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Pepper
- – 16 oz Biscuits (8 count) (454g)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients, except the biscuits, into the slow cooker.
- Set the cooker to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours, or choose high for 3-4 hours.
- Take out the chicken and tear it into pieces. Return it to the slow cooker and mix well.
- Prepare the biscuits following the instructions on their packaging.
- Serve hot, placing a biscuit on top of each serving bowl. Enjoy!
