Ingredients

  • – 3 boneless chicken breasts (680g)
  • – 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (298 ml)
  • – 1 cup Milk (240 ml)
  • – 1/2 onion, chopped
  • – 4 potatoes, peeled and diced (about 600g)
  • – 16 oz bag of Frozen mixed vegetables (454g)
  • – ½ cup chopped celery (120 ml)
  • – 1 tsp (5 ml) Garlic powder
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Poultry Seasoning
  • – 1 tsp (5 ml) Salt
  • – 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Pepper
  • – 16 oz Biscuits (8 count) (454g)


Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients, except the biscuits, into the slow cooker.
  2. Set the cooker to low and let it cook for 6-8 hours, or choose high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Take out the chicken and tear it into pieces. Return it to the slow cooker and mix well.
  4. Prepare the biscuits following the instructions on their packaging.
  5. Serve hot, placing a biscuit on top of each serving bowl. Enjoy!
