Description

A comforting and hearty crockpot chicken spaghetti recipe that transforms simple ingredients into a delicious family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir it into the sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked spaghetti, topped with Parmesan cheese.
