- 4 Tbsp homemade taco seasoning
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the slow cooker.
- Top with taco seasoning, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cook on high for 180-240 minutes or low for 360-480 minutes until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken and place it in a large bowl.
- Shred the chicken using two forks or a stand mixer for easy shredding.
- Stir in the reserved crockpot juices, then mix in 1/2 cup of these into the shredded chicken.
