Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Toppings: lettuce, cheese, sour cream, salsa
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour the diced tomatoes on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the slow cooker and mix with the juices.
- Serve in taco shells or tortillas with desired toppings.
