Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 2 (0.87-oz) envelopes of chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Arrange the chicken in the crockpot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and chicken broth in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and set the crockpot to low. Let it cook for about 240-300 minutes.
- Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, sear the chicken thighs before starting. You can also add vegetables like carrots or celery for extra nutrition.
