Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rice or sandwich buns for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over rice, in sandwich buns, or enjoy on its own.
