Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups pasta (such as penne or rotini)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the minced garlic and chicken broth.
- Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crockpot.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Cook the pasta separately according to package instructions, then add to the crockpot.
- Mix well and let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
