Description

A creamy and flavorful Crockpot dish featuring tender chicken and pasta, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups pasta (such as penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add the minced garlic and chicken broth.
  3. Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crockpot.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Cook the pasta separately according to package instructions, then add to the crockpot.
  7. Mix well and let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to combine flavors.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, increase the Parmesan cheese or add mascarpone. Experiment with different pasta shapes for varied results.
