Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the Crockpot.
- Mix chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
