Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the Crockpot.
  2. Mix chicken broth, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
