Ingredients
- 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Italian Dressing
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 cups Spinach (or other greens)
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Pasta (any variety)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the Italian dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and add it to the top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the spinach until it wilts.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the chicken mixture over the pasta, ensuring everyone gets a generous helping of the creamy sauce.
