Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken (boneless, skinless thighs or breasts)
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Pour teriyaki sauce and pineapple chunks over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes (6-7 hours) or high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours).
- Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables.
