Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, chicken broth, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir until combined.
- Transfer everything to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
