Description

Savory and gooey French dip rolled in crispy tortillas, perfect for quick comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the roast beef with garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface and spread an even layer of seasoned roast beef followed by cheese in the middle.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  4. Brush the outside of the rolled tortillas with melted butter.
  5. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a preheated skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
  6. Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and additional garlic powder and onion powder in a small saucepan, heating gently.
  7. Serve the crispy roll-ups with the hot dipping sauce on the side.

Notes

Consider adding sautéed peppers or swapping beef for chicken for variations.
