Savory and gooey French dip rolled in crispy tortillas, perfect for quick comfort food.
Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the roast beef with garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface and spread an even layer of seasoned roast beef followed by cheese in the middle.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Brush the outside of the rolled tortillas with melted butter.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a preheated skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and additional garlic powder and onion powder in a small saucepan, heating gently.
- Serve the crispy roll-ups with the hot dipping sauce on the side.
Notes
Consider adding sautéed peppers or swapping beef for chicken for variations.
