Description

A flavorful chicken dish featuring a delightful blend of dill pickle ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds), sliced in half horizontally
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ cup dill pickle ranch dressing, plus more for serving
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 3 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
  • Fresh dill, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
  3. Season each chicken breast generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and spread the dill pickle ranch dressing evenly over each piece.
  5. Combine half of the grated Parmesan cheese and plain breadcrumbs in another bowl and sprinkle this mixture over the chicken after dressing them.
  6. Distribute the remaining Parmesan cheese evenly on top of the chicken breasts.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh dill.

Notes

Serve with extra ranch dressing and lemon slices for added flavor.
