Description

A delicious dish of boneless chicken tossed with bell peppers and a zesty sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Spring onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions; stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Notes

For perfect results, ensure that you do not overcrowd the pan while cooking the chicken. This helps achieve a nice sear.
