Description

A comforting and easy casserole made with rotisserie chicken, penne pasta, and creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with gooey melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Water as needed


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the uncooked penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, and shredded rotisserie chicken.
  3. Mix in the mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses.
  4. Pour in enough water to cover the pasta.
  5. Stir everything together until well combined.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
