Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Combine the chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and red onion in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
  4. Spoon Tzatziki sauce over the mixture, mixing gently to coat.
