Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
- Combine the chicken pieces, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and red onion in the prepared baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Spoon Tzatziki sauce over the mixture, mixing gently to coat.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve hot.
