Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the diced chicken, rice, and chicken broth.
- Spread the tzatziki sauce evenly over the chicken and rice mixture.
- Add the diced cucumbers and tomatoes on top.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
