Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the same skillet.
