Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to a medium bowl. Mix until blended.
- Toss the chicken thighs in the bowl until coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the preheated air fryer in a single layer, smooth side down.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider marinating the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
