Description

Quick and flavorful air fryer chicken thighs that are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Add the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to a medium bowl. Mix until blended.
  2. Toss the chicken thighs in the bowl until coated with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the preheated air fryer in a single layer, smooth side down.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.
