A simple and flavorful recipe for baked boneless skinless chicken thighs that are juicy and tender.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 8 pieces)
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Brush a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Arrange the chicken thighs on the baking sheet, ensuring there’s space between each piece.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the chicken.
- Bake the thighs for 18 minutes, flip them, and then bake for an additional 14 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature at the thickest part of the thigh with a meat thermometer; it should reach 175°F.
- Once done, tent with foil and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
For added crispiness, turn on the broiler for the last minute of baking.
