- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme, optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper on both sides.
