Description

Tender, juicy chicken thighs infused with the sweetness of honey and smoky paprika, perfect for a family-friendly dinner.

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Masterpiece barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the boneless chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Stir together the Masterpiece barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and honey in a separate small bowl until well combined.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and brush both sides of the chicken thighs with the honey BBQ sauce.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the sauce caramelizes and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra char, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.

Notes

Consider marinating the chicken for a few hours to enhance flavor.
