Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup Masterpiece barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Combine the boneless chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Stir together the Masterpiece barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and honey in a separate small bowl until well combined.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and brush both sides of the chicken thighs with the honey BBQ sauce.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the sauce caramelizes and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Broil on high for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra char, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
