Ingredients
- – 2 cups (475 ml) frozen vegetables
- – 1 ½ cups (355 ml) cooked chopped beef
- – 10.5 ounces (300 g) condensed cream of chicken soup (1 can, 10.5 oz / 300 g each)
- – 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) poultry seasoning
- – salt and pepper to taste
- – ¾ cup (180 ml) beef broth, divided
- – 1 cup (120 g) biscuit mix (such as bisquick)
- – 1 egg
Instructions
- Set your oven to 350°F to preheat.
- In a deep 9-inch pie pan, mix together the frozen vegetables, chopped beef, condensed cream of chicken soup, ¼ cup of beef broth, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, blend the biscuit mix with the egg and the remaining ½ cup of beef broth. Use a fork to mix and then drizzle this over the beef mixture.
- Place in the oven and bake without covering for 30 minutes or until it turns a light golden brown.
