Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4-5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for about 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the black pepper and salt to taste; mix well.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
