Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) beef, cooked/shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 298 g) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (240 ml) plain yogurt
- 1 cup (120 g) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 ½ cups (225 g) mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) garlic powder
- 2 cans (340 g) refrigerated biscuits
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the beef, cream of mushroom soup, plain yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen vegetables, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and incorporate them into the beef mixture.
- Lightly coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray and evenly distribute the beef and biscuit combination in it.
