A comforting and easy casserole that combines tender chicken, wholesome rice, and vibrant broccoli in a creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
