Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
